What should I wear when I travel? That is something I have heard a million times or more. When you travel a lot, you hear these questions..

I have worn clothes that were not travel-friendly before and my car trip ended up being miserable! I will never forget how uncomfortable I was! I guess wearing a pair of tight skinny jeans and fitted shirt are no place for a car ride of 6+ hours!!

So, what SHOULD you wear when you travel?

You should wear comfortable cotton pants or pants that are roomy. I also recommend wearing a loose fitting shirt so you can move around.

I love wearing socks ALL the time, even when I go to bed at night, so wearing a great pair of comfortable socks is a MUST for me when I travel.

A good pair of shoes that you can slip on and off easily are also nice to wear. I have several pairs of these kinds of shoes and I really like them because they are like slippers, but they are not, they are tennis shoes. Flip flops are also a good option.

Sunglasses, that is a given. When I am the one in the passenger seat, I like to close my eyes and rest. Having a pair of sunglasses on helps keep the light out and me comfy. I also don't like people watching me sleep, so that is why I like wearing sunglasses too :)

I also try to not wear any jewelry. Sure, I wear my wedding ring, but any other jewelry is a no-go for me. I don't wear much jewelry anyways, so this was not a big thing for me.

Not much else other than what I said above. I just like to be comfortable and after my first experience of wearing uncomfortable clothes, I now know HOW to be comfortable when I travel.
