I chose to take the hour long drive to Reedman-Toll because of the large selection of the model car I was interested in. In fact they have a large selection of both makes and models. I browsed their lot at my leisure, and only when I entered the showroom was I approached by a salesperson. Kaitlyn Cunliffe and I made our brief introductions and I told her I was interested in a test drive. Reedman-Toll has a test track, it is nice to be able to focus your attention on the car without the hassle of traffic. Anyway, Kaitlyn was very knowledgeable about the car.

I was happy with the test drive, so we sat down to discuss the price. I literally like to put all my cards out on the table. I prepare note cards with the invoice price of the model and options and sort them to match the window sticker of the car I am interested in. I made my offer, reminded her of the rebate, she went to the manager with it, came back and we had our deal. Hassle free and very pleasant.

There was a wait for the paperwork, which was a little long, but the process went smoothly. The car was ready, washed and dried, and I was on my way home. Best car buying experience I've had in 30 years of buying cars.

I have been impressed with the Reedman Toll service department through the years. In my opinion, it has been the best dealer service experience I have had. There are other Lincoln dealers closer to my home. However, due to a bad experience there, I have refused to return. Taking the extra time to drive to Reedman Toll has continually been positive and worth the extra effort on my part.

I had to bring my 2010 Malibu in for service this week after my windshield wipers failed over the weekend.  I set up an appointment online and was quickly contacted by Jeremy Harris.  He moved my appointment up due to the severity of my repair and set me up with a rental car.  I was waiting for the Enterprise shuttle for a while, they were running slow due to volume, so I asked how much longer for the shuttle?  Jeremy stepped up and offered to drive me to them, which he did.  When he dropped me off, he said thank you, gave me his business card, we shook hands, and I was on my way.  This entire experience was satisfying, however, the thing that really impressed me was that Jeremy remembered my name from our phone conversation the day before!
 
This was my first experience with Reedman Toll, I recently relocated from Indiana, and it was a very positive one.  Everyone I dealt with was very polite and gave me great service, however, I want to extend a special thanks to Jeremy Harris for his exceptional service!

My experience was wonderful. To be perfectly honest, I wanted to go to Reedman Toll because you have everything all in one place. After barely surviving the incredible high pressure and stall tactics by the business manager at a Hyundai dealer, I was ready to go home. Your dealership is not convenient to my home, so I really wasn't sure if I would purchase from you. However, your service was so good, I changed my mind. Diane Platt was so knowledgeable and helpful, and very low pressure. She was also clever enough to search her computer to see if we were eligible for any GM discounts, which we were, something that had not been done at the other Chevrolet dealership I had visited. My entire car buying experience was very pleasant.

This was the second Subaru I bought from Reedman Toll in just over a month. Stan Esposito and Bob Breslin were both very understanding, and quite patient considering that with the purchase of my WRX I was less than reasonable, and borderline psychotic. I wanted the car and wanted it right now, and this is a car that I guess doesn't present itself to that kind of buyer. I can't say enough good about the way both Bob and Stan took care of me and helped me to once again be able to sleep at night. I have also not stopped speaking about how good the experience was to my co-workers, family and friends.
